I have a problem where everytime I switch from coherence mode back to Window mode, the desktop background in Windows Vista goes completely gray and all my desktop icons disappear. The taskbar is still there with the quick launch icons, but this is really annoying. Here's my computer specifications: iMac intel Core 2 Duo 2.16GHz, 2GB DDR2 667MHz RAM, ATI X1600 128MB Video, 250GB HD; Parallels: Parallels 5.0.9344, Windows Vista Service Pack 2, Enable Adaptive Hypervisor is checked, Enable Autocompress is checked, Tune Windows for Speed is checked, Optimize Performance for Virtual Machine, Power Consumption Better Performance, Video Memory 128Mb, Main Memory 1,024MB, Processors 2, Automatically Optimize the Memory Usage for Best Performance, all Windows updates have been applied, Aero is on. Any suggestions?
