I am getting the very nasty grey screen of death every week more or less. It happens most of
the time when I reopen my laptop (awakes from hibernation) and I open the airport to search
    for wireless networks.

I have a MacbookPro intel Core 2 Duo with 2 Gigs of Ram.

I saw some threads about this topic but they seem to be old.

Oh.. I am running the latest build, 1970.

Please let me know if you need more information. I really need to fix this kernel panics.

Here you have the latest log:

Yep, pretty much the same thing for me. Started happening with the most recent build (3106) and occurs every time I have Parallels up when I resume from safe sleep. Only happens some of the time if I don't have Parallels running.
