Growl Notifications Not Working - Outlook 2007

Hello Everyone,

I just got a new Macbook Pro, and am installing Parallels and getting everything set-up. I currently already have an older Macbook that has Parallels 9 installed, and working with Office 2007. One of my favorite features is having Growl work with Outlook 2007 within OSX. Specifically, when I get new email alerts, they come in as growl notifications. This is done because I have the Parallels version of Outlook 2007 in my OSX Mavericks notification center somehow on my OLD Macbook Pro, as you can see here:

I am trying to figure out how I did this, and if I can also add the Parallels Outlook 2007 to the notification center on my NEW Macbook Pro, so I can receive these same growl notifications on my new machine. Does anyone know how I can do this easily?
