I'm having a problem with the time synchronization, where the windows guest is always 1 hour behind. Is the Time Synchronization not aware of the new DST rules?

-My windows VM is fully patched, and set to the right time zone.
-I can prove that it's the time sync because it reverts on start of the parallels tools service
    -Parallels is up to date
-I can't uncheck the enable box on time synchronization.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Thad

    Go to this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933360/

    Select your OS

Apply the appropriate patch to your OS

Make sure the correct Time Zone and "Adjust for Daylight Savings" is selected

If you're running other MS apps such as Outlook you might also have to patch those

    Good Luck,

hruh, I would have thought that that was an update provided by auto update, but i'm not surprised given MS habits. I'll try that link. Thanks.

Yep, if they can crash your SP system or tighten DRM they'll sneak it in... If it deals with your scheduling being on time, what do they care?
