Guest OS share networkconnection with host - possible?

Hi

would it be possible to make my guest os (windows xp) connect to my windows mobile phone via bluetooth and share the established internet connection with my host mac?

The problem is that i cant get my mac to establish an internet connection with my HTC Touch HD, directly. There are no drivers for the phone avaliable for mac.
