Guidelines for optimal install?

    I am sure this has been asked previously but couldn't find it on my first pass...

    I am running an I7 2.66 MBPro with 4GB RAM running 10.6.4.
    Is there an optimal config for Parallels 5 running Windows 7 Ultimate (or are there guidelines)?
