Hard drive disk of MAC not shared and not visible on WINDOWS

    Dear All,
    I have recently bought last verison of parallels 11.1.2 and i run on a macbook pro i7 El capitan
    Windows is running very well but I can't reach my folder of Mac on the windows
    I confirm that i have activated all options of sharing folder in configuration menu..but it's still not work

    Hello AdrienV1,
    Please try reinstalling Parallels Tools by following steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and let us know if it helped.
