Although 5120 x 2880 is available in the display option, it leads to very coarse, definitely not retina, resolution. 4096 x 2304 does result in very sharp, retina resolution. What's wrong? Why can't I use Windows 10 in 5k? (Mine is Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB btw. It's deployed by my employer.)
