One of my HASP keys has suddenly stopped working in Parallels 4. I have others that still work fine, but this particular one (Onyx ProductionHouse RIP) only gives me the Windows balloon saying the USB device is not working. I've gone through Onyx support, and they had me remove and reinstall all the Aladdin drivers and files...no luck. Then I tried the key on another PC running XP, and it found the new hardware, and installed the drivers with no problem. I've tried everything, even installed XP on a new fresh VM, but it gave me the same error message. As I said, all my other USB devices give me the Pop-up window upon connection, asking which OS I would like to use the USB device for, except the one for Onyx. Onyx says that since it works on another PC, the HASP is fine, and I'd have to agree. Any takers?
