Having trouble installing Windows on Mac

I'm trying to install XP on my macbook using parallels. During the windows setup after 40% or so done the setup was stopped SEVERAL times after file was not found, then gave me the option to skip, try again etc. I press entered and tried again everytime and got through the setup. Now though when windows loads and goes into the second part of the setup (configuration) it says Windows setup is restarting and then I get the blue screen of death and XP is stopped, how do I get this working?

Probably CD is corrupted
Try another CD

 

It is two CDs of Windows XP Media Center with SP2 addon as third CD.

I recently used it to install XP on windows so don't think it is corrupted.
