Hello, I'm having some issues downloading a program required for college

my teacher wants us to install "Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 express edition" and i get this error, any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

 

nevermind, i got it to install by moving the folder to program filesx86, i'm not sure how to delete this thread. thank you
