I am so skin-peelingly frustrated with the Parallels website and unsubscribe options. I received an email saying my subscription will automatically renew. My subscription number is #S45167281. The link in the email takes me to a totally blank page with only two options: My linked paypal which I cannot edit, or the option to pay via credit card. There is no cancel subscription option. So I try to login properly - but when I do, I cannot see an active subscription! All my subscriptions are expired. So there is no way to 'cancel' it!! And because I don't have an 'active subscription', I cannot CALL Parallels for phone support to cancel it-! (phone support is for subscriptions, argh) BUT i have an email and an 'active' paypal subscription!!! I haven't used Parallels for 2 years, I keep thinking I've cancelled it, but they keep charging me. I notice that there are a LOT of complaints online about similar issues contacting support. I have emailed support@support.parallels.com but it sent an auto reply saying I need to log a ticket - which I can't do from my page, because...... I can't see an active subscription from my page and that is only available for subscriptions. ARGHHH. A loop. The only option they give me is to DM via facebook (what? is this dinosaur times) but there is no reply even there. So I am posting here in desperation. I have also unlinked parallels/cleverbridge from my Paypal but I am worried that Parallels will demand payment if the subscription is not cancelled from their end. Any help or insight would be massively, massively appreciated.
