not overly keen on app servers, but needs must i suppose.

ok i can connect to the 2x server as normal and see all the apps still, when i try to run any app i get hte message

the client could not establish a connectio to the remote computer

    likely causes are
    1) servers are too busy
    2) the terminal server is not part of the farm

    any advise gratefully received :)

    Ok then,

the last thing to check is to make sure that the publish application is published from this server.

2X Console -> Publishing -> select Application -> Publish from -> select "all servers in Farm" to test with.

    Hi,
Make sure the cables are properly connected. I have faced this error message when someone mistakenly connected the Server Cat5 cable to the Router's WAN port instead of the Ethernet port.

Sorry It was not the Cable.
Anything related to Terminal Service in the Event Viewer of the Server?
