I recently renewed my Access license for two years. It did NOT register to my account. Although I have a receipt from CleverBridge saying it did. I am trying to get ANY support from Parallels but so far NOTHING! I have tried via Facebook, no reply waiting hours. I've tried via Twitter, no reply to my request for help for over an hour so far. I can't use chat because they THINK I don't have a license (they think it is expired.) Product may be good, but terrible customer service! Any suggestions on getting support for my renewal.
