Hi, I am using an M1 Macbook Pro and recently started my trial about 4 days ago. I followed the Parallels Guide in set up. However, after my first day of usage, I am not able to resume using Windows 10. I read that the trial lasts for 14 days, and I'm confused why my VM does not work. More details: My file is not locked. Even after clicking on "Resume" action, Windows 10 remains "Suspended". I also noticed that when click on the Parallels and the screen is "Suspended", the wifi network on my Mac OS doesn't work. Could I ask what I can do? and can my trial be extended... Thank you!
