I installed Parallels 11 and followed the instructions to create a virtual windows machine on my mac. During a routine backup of my mac, I discovered that there's only about 60 GB of space available on my 1 TB mac hard drive. I freaked out and uninstalled Parallels, which accomplished nothing. I reinstalled it and deleted the VM, which accomplished nothing. How do I get my hard drive back? I don't know how much space there was before I installed Parallels, but it was certainly considerably less than half full.

And why did this happen in the first place? And how do I get some actual support on a trial version?

    Thanks. I'm beyond frustrated.

Hi, please use the PD remover from this KB in order to completely delete the Parallels Desktop application and then please check the issue.
