Hello, I have been stuck for DAYS trying to figure out how to solve this issue. I have used Parallels for years but for some reason my product is no longer linked to my account. I would like to manage my payment options, but I can't because there is no product to manage. I cannot contact anyone because in order to do so I need to have the license linked to my account (which is the main problem). I have posted on these forums before but got stuck waiting for approval. I have tried to put my license key into my account, but it always says that it is already linked to an account (which is my account??) I am still getting charged for the service but cannot manage and it is getting really frustrating. I cannot call or submit a ticket because the portal believes I no longer have the product. Please, I would like some help, I do not know where to go.
