I changed nothing on my Mac book pro laptop...the drive is working and intact an no data seems missing yet when I started up my parallels virtual windows today it's not there, it was last week...just black space where the start button susposed to be now ...parallels software is loading but that's it...never needed help with this software before..am I in the right place? Who do I reach out to? S parallels support effective? How would I reach them?
Hello jeffm25, Kindly perform the following actions to locate your virtual machine. 1. On your host Mac, go to Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal. 2. Run the command: open ~/Parallels A new Finder window should open and display your current virtual machines. 3. Double-click on your Windows virtual machine to register and start your virtual machine. If the issue persists, kindly collect a technical report at the moment of issue reproduction ( (click the Parallels icon >Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID as a reply to this post.
