Hi there. I have limited technical "background system" knowledge, so please take that into consideration. I'm running Cisco AnyConnect for my work VPN (no choice) - everything was running fine - All of a sudden, when AnyConnect was upgraded to version 3.2.12020, I can no longer connect. I've tried MANY online fixes - modifying reg keys, renaming the display name etc. The problem seems to reside at the Driver level. The error I get is "The VPN Client Driver has encountered an error. Please restart your computer or device, then try again.". I went into the network adapter (Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Virtual Miniport Adapter for Windows x64) and the error displayed is: "The device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31)" Driver details are: C\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\vpnva64-6.sys". Has anyone seen this error and managed to actually overcome it??? I've been researching and trying things for WEEKS to no avail - I NEED to work on my Mac!! I'm fully set up and don't want to revert to PC...
Hi, Take a look into the Windows Eventlog. May be there will be some hints.. Also, steps in https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12571806/anyconnect-re-install-windows-10-hanging looks promising If this doesn't help, it is worth to ask on supportforums.cisco.com
