 Originally I was tying to solve a problem with windows xp, i could not log into my network for the first time. I rec'd two patches from the developer: to down load this http://download.parallels.com/RC/Parallels-Desktop-1910-Mac.dmg and this: http://download.parallels.com/RC/Parallels-Desktop-1918-Mac.dmg. After downloading and installing these two patches, I could not sign into vm and rec'd the following message

Error occurred while trying to interact with Parallels driver! Parallels Desktop is either not installed or/and configured or has integrity problems, which prevent it from operating properly. Please reinstall the Parallels Desktop. My question is, how much trouble is it to reinstall Parallels and will I have to reinstall windows xp?

Why don't you rerun the configuration wizard (if there is one for mac) to recompile the drivers?

Most people reading this forum will be expecting you to have found a solution for something. There is a Mac technical forum. You will probably get more help there.
