HELP

    Hello, I reinstalled Parallels version 15 on my new Mac and entered my Permanent License Key (ending with 27QV2W ).
    Apparently Parallels needs the key from the previous version which I don't have anymore.
    Please help.

    Hi, did you purchase and use Parallels Desktop before? Did you just lose your previous key?
    We can try to find your previous key or just provide you with the refund.
