Hi there. Is there any way to hide the black loading box of the virtual machine? Currently when I turn on my mac you see the black loading box and it's quite annoying and once it's loaded (full screen mode) my mac will slide over and focus on the windows desktop. I would like the windows desktop to be loaded discretley, I've tried using 'hide' in the apple system preferences for startup apps but no joy. If this is not possible it would be a great future feature. PS: is there any way to shut down the MAC properly with parallels loaded? It seems to pause shut down and I have to shut off parallels first which is quite annoying thanks in advance.
