Please enable the tool to refresh the known toolbar icons. I have installed new applications with toolbar icons, and while the app knows the icon is there, and it is visible while the 'Hide Menu Items' app is not running, once the 'Hide Menu Icons' app is started, the toolbar icon for the newly installed application disappears.
