host-only network not working

    Hi,
    my primary OS is SuSE Linux 9.3 and my guest OS is Windows XP SP2. I selected host-only network with DHCP. I get 10.37.129.2 on vnic0 of my primary OS and 10.37.129.3 on the Windows guest. However I cannot ping from Linux to 10.37.129.3 and from Windows to 10.37.129.2. What could be?

    Please check firewalls settings both in primary OS and in guest OS.
