How can I copy XP virtual drive to real partiton

    I need to copy my XP virtual drive to a real bootcamp partition so I can recover the space used by the virtual drive for Windows 7.
    Is there an easy way to do this?
    I know bootcamp to parallels is easy .. how about the other way?
