    Hello TommyA3. We can delete your Parallels account, but the associated email address cannot be used for another Parallels account for the next 60 days. Let us know if we can proceed.

    Some users might not be comfortable receiving notifications regarding any new releases or offers. Some users might think their payment details might fall into wrong hands that is the reason most of the users requesting to delete their account completely.

    If users do not want their personal information to remain in our database/mailing lists after they have stopped using Parallels product will contact us to delete their account.

    Additionally, the Parallels knowledge base and forums are helpful to self serve. ... in our company is no longer with us and i need to cancel the annual billing - how do I do that? ... How can I log in to access support if I cannot access my account?
