As the title states, I was trying different configurations on my VM machine. However, one of the configs I choose was to shutdown VM when not running, and now I cannot access my config page because I can only config my VM when the VM is not running. Can someone help me? Please...

This thread (Endless Loop if "Start VM" and "Exit App" both selected) has a couple of workarounds for the same problem. Also, this one - Parallels Desktop for Mac build 3036 Beta is available for download - similarly has some suggestions inside. Since the latter thread has 600+ posts you'll probably want to do a search for "endless loop" inside the thread.

Here are a couple of snippets from the first thread that describes some of the ways around this:

You're welcome. I also just discovered (although it may be buried in that long thread...) that if you do the following from the Parallels menu:

    - Actions > Suspend
    - Edit > Virtual machine

You will get a warning dialog that you'll be killing the suspended VM, but it will allow you to edit the config file and change those autostart and autoshutdown options. That may be a cleaner solution.
