How do I access Parallels' "Switch to Mac" after upgrade?

I bought Parallels Desktop: Switch to Mac Edition (version 4, apparently), in order to transfer my old PC to my new iMac (at the recommendation of the Apple salesman at Best Buy). As I was in the middle of the process (of transferring files), I got a message saying my "free upgrade had downloaded--did I want to install?" So I quit the program and installed Parallels Desktop 5. Only problem is, the menu on the new product does NOT offer the 3rd choice of transferring files to my iMac from my PC? What do I do now?
