I'm very confused. This article (https://kb.parallels.com/124492) says: "If you have an active trial or paid subscription, you are eligible for phone, chat and email support while your subscription is valid." I do indeed have a paid subscription. So, how do I contact support via phone/chat/email? Thanks, Paul
