How do I create a Boot Camp partition?

    Hi! My iMac has got a default hard drive Seagate 1Tb and Apple wants to change it. But I have installed my former PC Windows in Parallels Desktop 6 and it working perfect. How can I keep my VM? How transfer it to a extern hard drive and install it again after the switch? Thankful for suggestions!

    Hi Pernilla,
    just take your VM file (.pvm package - you can find it using right-click on the VM name in VM list and choosing 'Show in Finder' option) and put it to external storage (USB drive or something). After your hard drive is new and shiny, install PD back, open New VM wizard and choose 'Add Existing Virtual Machine' option.

    Thank you for your help! I located the file and saved it on my external hard drive. Now I hold my fingers crossed that all goes smoothly with the rest.
