I recently purchased Parallels and just discovered that, unlike your competitor, it cannot be used on two computers (iMac & MacBook, both used by a single person). Thus, it doesn't serve my purposes, and I'm kicking myself for having purchased your app. Please cancel my account so this mistake is not compounded by being automatically billed again next year. I'm so disappointed.
We see that the order is refunded and your subscription is cancelled.
