Just like the title says, how do i do this? Firefox is my default browser in Mac OS, but while ago I downloaded a little program in Windows, and it used IE. Asked me if I wanted to make IE the default. I clicked no, but how do I stop it from using IE? Thanks.
Could you clarify what you are trying to STOP from using IE? the OS or a 'little program' you downloaded?

Sorry I didn't check back sooner, have been away. Mydanes, I don't think I have a full comprehension of what a "virtual machine" is; I thought that when Windows was running that I didn't have access to Mac OS. I understand now that I do. I asked about IE because I would rather use Firefox for internet use, as I've been told by lots of people that it's more secure. Plus, I'm used to it. It is my default browser in Mac OS. But when I downloaded a free program called "Xheader", which helps create headers for websites and is only available for Windows, IE opened and did the download. This made me think that IE was the default for when I was in Windows, and I wanted it to be FF. I'm going to try to steps listed above in the other reply. I'll check back in to let y'all know if it works for me. (if I'm able to do it, that is) Thanks for the help, and for checking to see if it had been resolved.
