how do I post a question on the forum re installation & removal

I want to post a question, but can' figure out where it should go:

I installed Parallels Desktop for Mac 4 on my MacBook Pro, then installed windows xp and a couple of applications. A few days later, I installed transporter and ran it. Now I seem to have two copies of xp on my machine, along with some data folders and would like to remove these. Where do I find my virtual machine applications, and how do I remove my extra copy of xp?
