How do I see what changes Parallels wants to make before typing in my password?

I keep getting pop ups telling me that Parallels wants to make changes and to type in my password.

How do I see what Parallels wants to change? I can't find an answer to this. It seems that just blindly typing in my password every time Parallels wants to make "changes" defeats the purpose of this setting.

I just hit cancel. One just popped up again.

I'm using Parallels 7 for Mac.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hello vonrock,

Please follow the steps below to disable the password in Parallels to make changes:

If the Parallels Desktop menu bar is visible at the top of the screen, choose Parallels Desktop > Preferences, and then click Advanced. In the Require password to section of the Advanced pane, you can disable (uncheck) restrictions on the following operations for non-administrator users:
    1) Create a new virtual machine.
    2) Add an existing virtual machine.
    3) Remove a virtual machine.

For more information please refer : http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v9/ga/docs/en_US/Parallels Desktop User's Guide/ to configure Advanced preferences settings.
