How do I turn off Postscript Converting

I recently upgraded from version 10 to 12 and now all printing converts to postscript which causes delays.
How can I eliminate this?

If you like to disable creating postscripts while printing, please try the step below.
Open virtual machine configuration > Hardware Tab > Shared Printer > Uncheck "Show Page Setup before Printing".
