We use a piece of helpdesk software that is Windows only. We've found Parallels is a great way to allow our Mac users to run this software. On our normal Windows boxes (Vista and XP) we have to run the following batch file to allow the program to refresh in real time: However, in Parallels we don't seem to be able to get this to work. Currently I have my Parallels configured to use "Shared Network". I've tried both XP and Vista, with the batch file, then with no Windows firewall and then with no Mac firewall, and finally with a mac firewall, but with an exception for "Parallels Desktop.dmg" Anybody got any pointers?
