How ot get parallels ot run as Admin

I am running parallels 9 on mac mavericks.

My vm is windows 7 professional. In windows I am shown as admin but there are several situation like deleting folders that say I need admin privileges. Everything in windows indicates that I am an admin. I also cannot create folder by clicking new folder in explorer I have to do it using the console.

How do I set parallels to be admin
