How to access an internal drive with Windows

My Mac Pro is running Mojave, Catalina, and Windows 10 natively.
I also have a Parallels Windows 10 virtual machine.
I would like to be able to access the actual SSD running Windows 10 to get files and go the other way and access the virtual disk with Windows 10 on the SSD.
High end CAD applications must run natively. However, the output could be viewed or distributed by means of the Parallels virtual machine.
Going the other way, Parallels gives me the opportunity to go back and forth with the Mac in real time. I would like to be able to access what I do in the virtual machine with my actual Windows computer running on this Mac Pro (not in Boot Camp mode, but in OpenCore).
How do I set this up?
