It seems to only be aware of applications that are in the Start >> Programs structure?

How do you access program that are not there?
A program may have been installed and is not visible to Access's list of apps, so how do you configure it to be aware of that program ?

    TIA, Dave

Have you tried editing the Start menu by dragging a folder of shortcuts to it?

Can you switch to Deskop Mode and run the app from Windows Explorer?

I'm having the same problem. App Launcher doesn't find a specific program that I commonly use.

You need to add the program.exe (or whatever it is) to your 'All Programs' menu system, then it will be found by the app.

This discussion gives you the info you need!

    Use the desktop view

At least in Windows, I found that when you launch the desktop view from options, you're looking at your full desktop, including the start menu, plus anything in the taskbar. So, everything is accessible that way.
