how to access Device Manager?

    Can you explain in greater detail what you want to achieve?

    Are you trying to get an external hard drive or other USB device to connect to your Windows VM instead of Mac?

    Are you trying to access device manager within Windows itself (Nothing to do with Parallels or VM's)?
