How to add a new real hard drive in windows vista as guest OS

    We have SAS HDDs in the system, but when going through the steps to add the hard drive, it does not show up the HDD to be added.
    It shows up only IDE and SCSI option only. Can you please guide on how to add the new SAS HDD?
    Hardware details - Z800, onboard SAS controller, 300GB SAS HDD, 146GB SAS HDD(This one to be added).
