How to back up keyboard shortcut profile ?

    Hello.
    I'm using Mac OS 10.8.5 and parallels desktop 8 and planning to clean install mac os and parallels desktop.
    So I need to make back up files for user keyboard shortcut profile.
    Does anyone have a advice for the way to make back up for that profiles.
    Of course I made time machine back up but I was not able to restore that profiles from that.
