How to cancel subscription and get my money back?

    Hello all,
    Today I purchased(upgraded) a Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac but I am not fully satisfied with the product. So, I want to cancel my subscription and get my money back as soon as possible. The reference number for that invoice is 339956495, for reference.

    we have initiated a refund of MXN2,286.59 for your purchase Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition renewal. The amount will reflect on your account within five to seven business days. The license key will be deactivated once we will initiate the refund.

    Hello, for cancelling your subscription kindly disable the auto renewal option for that subscription, once the auto renewal disabled, after the expiry date, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. Please refer to https://kb.parallels.com/123306 for managing auto renewal.

    Hello, I have paid subcription for Parallels Desktop for Mac yesterday and I want to request a refund. I used to use it for a trial about 2 months ago but now I'm no longer use it anymore. Unfortunately, I totally forget to cancel the trial and then it is auto-subscription. So I would love to get a refund and I really appreciate if someone could help me to deal with this issue.
    Please let me know if I have any chance to get the money back because it is really important to me. Thank you so much.
