How to change from Upgrade option to a new version

Hello- I have just tried to install Parallels on a bee Mac but after following the instruction it asks for my previous key code which I do t have! I have been using Parallels since around 2015, would you have a copy of this key pass reference on your database that you can detect from my e mail address or is it easier just to buy another version?
