How to clone a Bootcamp VM to a new machine?

Hi,
I'm running Parallels Desktop 8 > Mountain Lion > Bootcamp partition > iMac 27" Mid 2010
and I'm planning to buy in a couple of months a new iMac with both SSD and HD.

How should be done the cloning of this existing working configuration?

How can I clone the Bootcamp partition not loosing both the Windows installation and setup (installed softwares and so on) and the Parallels Virtual Machine?

There is some tutorial at Parallels Support web resources?
