How to configure more stairs he space to windows 10?

Hi, I just recently installed windows through parallels on my new MacBook, however I can't seem to really store too much on it before running out of OneDrive space. Is there a way to store more locally and if so, how can I allocate more storage to windows? I don't care about it being stored in a "cloud" and so I would rather not spend the money on additional OneDrive space if I don't need to. Thanks
