We see that you have Parallels Desktop 10 in your account which is not compatible with High Sierra.

Hello JeffB26, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.

I got rid of my old mac and did not deactivate it beforehand. When I try to activate it on my new Mac, I do not get the option to "Activate on This Mac".
When I click activate I get the popup message
When I click buy it takes me to the website

I also have the same problem with one of my license keys. I am trying to install Parallels 11 on a new MacBook and get the Unable to confirm the product license.
