When I first installed Parallels 13, I noticed that the Mac dock would auto-appear and auto-hide in when running Windows 10 in full-screen mode. That made it easy to switch between applications on the two platforms. However, that no longer happens when I move the pointer to the bottom of the screen. I recently changed the location of the Windows virtual machine, and I wonder if that had something to do with it.

  2. Hi MichaelR29. Please refer this article to disable the Dock/the Mac OS X menu when working in Full-Screen mode.

    Sathiya,
Thanks for referring me to that article. The issue I have isn't my difficulty in turning off the dock. It's that the dock does not appear when I move the pointer to the bottom of the screen. Auto-hide on the menu bar works fine. I have not optimized the full-screen setting for games, by the way.
