I am having issues getting FTP to work under guest Windows OS under OSX which I had outlined in a separate thread - however whilst I am waiting for help (which I don't think I am going to get) I have tried to work out how to get normal technical support. The online support line seems to be permanently 'away' and whilst I have registered product I did not receive a 'support code'. The only other option I can find is to spend out $150 on 'professional services'. Is this really the only way to get technical support for this product ?!?!?
