Pretty poor support workflow. New Mac, forced to upgrade to v 19. Upgraded and paid but no email confirmation and no license activation in my account profile. Only support if you are not "Pro" is facebook or X (I have neither). No email, chat or phone support. Any suggestions as to how I can get someone to look into why I have not received my new license key? Thanks
